Report a bug in the app or the planning tool

Have you experienced a bug by working with the planning tool or during a scavenger hunt in the app? Please report the technical problem to us via the Help Centre request form:

To do this, select either "Bug in the app" or "Bug in the planning tool" in the form and then add details of the problem that has occurred.

Helpful information for the bug report:

• Document the bug with screenshots or a screen recording (if possible)
• What were you doing in the app/planning tool before you experienced the issue?
• What happened, and what did you expect to happen instead?
• Planning tool: Which browser and version do you use to access the planning tool?
• App: Which device (manufacturer/model) and which operating system was used to run the Nebolus scavenger hunt?

Our aim is to continuously improve Nebolus. By providing a detailed bug report, you will help us to better understand the bug and therefore to resolve it - thank you!
