Overview in the planning tool

The planning tool is divided into five sections:

• Basic information,
• Backstory,
• Introduction,
• Stations and
• Finale.

All content that the sacvenger hunts participants will later be shown in the Nebolus app is stored in the planning tool. To do this, text, image and audio files (the voice messages of the main and secondary characters of the story) must be uploaded and the participating institutions of the scavenger hunt must be defined as stations. The Scavenger hunt is automatically saved temporarily in the planning tool, i.e. you do not have to create your scavenger hunt in one go.

App-preview in the planning tool

For each section (Basic information, backstory, Introduction, Stations, Finale), an App-preview can be folded out on the right-hand side, which shows where the content created in the planning tool will later appear in the app. The preview is static, i.e. the content you have created is not transferred to the app preview, it's more intended to provide you with a general orientation. There are also links to helpful HelpCentre articles that provide additional support when filling in the section. After clicking on the respective article, you will be redirected to the Nebolus HelpCentre.
