Step 9: Test Mode

The Test mode can be used to test the created scavenger hunt before it is released to participants in the final step.

Compared to the scavenger hunt code, the test code consists of eight numbers and is displayed in the overview at the top right. After entering the code in the app, your scavenger hunt opens in test mode. This mode makes it possible to test a scavenger hunt in the app that has not yet been fully created in the planning tool without having to go to the various locations (stations). A button at the bottom right can be used, for example, to skip stations or update the current scavenger hunt version if you make changes in the planning tool. Once your rally has been fully created in the planning tool, it is advisable to test the rally in your area via the app - preferably together with the participating institutions.
